C'est un endroit EXCELLENT ! J'ai voyagé avec ma femme et nos deux enfants de 4 et 6 ans. Nous avons pleinement profité de l'appartement et des piscines de l'immeuble. La vue est spectaculaire. Nous espérons revenir bientôt.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Taheima. C'était calme et l'emplacement était idéal. Nous avons payé un abonnement à Paradise Village et avons eu accès à une plage privée, une salle de sport et une navette (pour se déplacer si besoin), tout cela était formidable. La piscine de notre complexe était un endroit fabuleux pour se détendre, se rafraîchir et rencontrer des gens. Nous avons passé deux superbes semaines et avons hâte d'y retourner à l'avenir. Le condo était spacieux et avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin.

The apartment is cozy and spacious, decorated in an ethnic style. It has everything you need: kitchen utensils, dishes, towels, as well as cleaning supplies and a washing machine. Everything was in working order, and upon arrival, the apartment was very clean. My wife and I loved the view from the balcony, so we preferred to have breakfast and dinner there. There were no insects—maybe it wasn’t the season for them—but just in case, there is a mosquito net. We hardly used the air conditioning, as the apartment is in the shade and it wasn’t hot. The area is completely safe, as it is fenced and has security. We liked the swimming pools and the jacuzzi. The grounds are green and well maintained. Tip: There is a 20-liter bottle of water in the apartment. When it runs out, you can exchange it (for approximately $3) for a new one. The exchange is done at the security gate. Regarding the beach, you have two options. The first is to pay for two weeks of access at the hotel across the street (they didn’t allow one-week access), Playa Royale – Residence Beach Club. The second option is to walk to the public beach, which is a 35-minute walk. If you like walking, this is not a problem. On Tuesdays, there is a farmer’s market about a 15-minute walk away, where you can buy seafood, vegetables, fruits, souvenirs, and try traditional Mexican cuisine. There is also a small shopping center there. For a walk along the Malecón, we took an Uber (about $25 one way). The ride takes about 46 minutes due to road repairs. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. A wonderful place.

L'appartement est incroyable, sans aucun doute nous reviendrions, nous avons adoré. Les photos ne rendent pas justice à quel point il est génial. Il y a tout pour passer un week-end incroyable.

L'endroit de Karine était exactement ce dont nous avions besoin. Vue spectaculaire, condo magnifique et spacieux, à 15-20 minutes à pied des restaurants. Nous avons apprécié passer du temps sur la grande véranda. Le personnel de sécurité et de la réception était très sympathique. Nous reviendrons ici la prochaine fois que nous serons à Bucerías ♥️😍

Ubicación excelente, colonia segura, fácil acceso. Departamento nuevo, limpio, excelentes condiciones, equipado con todo lo esencial. Áreas comunes impecables, alberca limpia, vista paradisíaca. Vecinos tranquilos, la seguridad muy amable. Tienen cerca centro comercial, tiendas de abarrotes y farmacia. Sin dudarlo volvería. .
