El departamento es muy amplio y muy cómodo, súper equipado y las instalaciones del condominio son muy buenas Que la playa tiene muchas rocas y hay que caminar algún tramo para llegar alguna parte con arena, pero si no planeas salir mucho a la playa o no te molestan las rocas está perfecto!

El departamento tal cual las fotos, muy bonito muy moderno… La playa que tiene no está padre, el departamento no cuenta con estacionamiento, es dejarlo en la calle y el policía te cobra por estar estacionado enfrente. Lo único que hace falta en el departamento es una plancha para ropa.

The apartment is cozy and spacious, decorated in an ethnic style. It has everything you need: kitchen utensils, dishes, towels, as well as cleaning supplies and a washing machine. Everything was in working order, and upon arrival, the apartment was very clean. My wife and I loved the view from the balcony, so we preferred to have breakfast and dinner there. There were no insects—maybe it wasn’t the season for them—but just in case, there is a mosquito net. We hardly used the air conditioning, as the apartment is in the shade and it wasn’t hot. The area is completely safe, as it is fenced and has security. We liked the swimming pools and the jacuzzi. The grounds are green and well maintained. Tip: There is a 20-liter bottle of water in the apartment. When it runs out, you can exchange it (for approximately $3) for a new one. The exchange is done at the security gate. Regarding the beach, you have two options. The first is to pay for two weeks of access at the hotel across the street (they didn’t allow one-week access), Playa Royale – Residence Beach Club. The second option is to walk to the public beach, which is a 35-minute walk. If you like walking, this is not a problem. On Tuesdays, there is a farmer’s market about a 15-minute walk away, where you can buy seafood, vegetables, fruits, souvenirs, and try traditional Mexican cuisine. There is also a small shopping center there. For a walk along the Malecón, we took an Uber (about $25 one way). The ride takes about 46 minutes due to road repairs. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. A wonderful place.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment during our leisure trip. The place is very spacious and located in a beautiful golf club community with huge green areas, perfect for walking or running. If you stay for more than 14 days, you even get access to the club facilities such as golf fields and tennis courts, which makes the experience even better. The location is peaceful and relaxing, and the apartment itself is very well-equipped with everything you might need: air conditioning in every room, a washing machine with dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and more. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The balcony was a lovely spot to relax, and the pool outside had clean, refreshing water that we enjoyed every day. By car, it takes only about 10 minutes to reach a nice beach with gentle waves (much calmer compared to San Pancho), which was perfect for swimming. The apartment even had wave boards we could use at the beach. Our host was extremely friendly, open, and always available to help with anything we needed — it made our stay even more comfortable. Ubicación excelente, colonia segura, fácil acceso. Departamento nuevo, limpio, excelentes condiciones, equipado con todo lo esencial. Áreas comunes impecables, alberca limpia, vista paradisíaca. Vecinos tranquilos, la seguridad muy amable. Tienen cerca centro comercial, tiendas de abarrotes y farmacia. Sin dudarlo volvería. .

Les lits sont super confortables, tout est très propre, piscine et terrasse sur le toit et bien plus encore. Pharmacies Guadalajara à 100 m et Costco à 500 m. Zone située dans le centre de Puerto Vallarta qui permet de se déplacer facilement vers la zone du malecón, la zone romantique, la zone marina, etc. (Ce qui pourrait être amélioré) Pas de shampoing ni de savons de courtoisie, pas de Netflix, Prime Video ou autre application de streaming.

Appartement spacieux et propre avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour notre séjour. Idéalement situé au cœur du quartier de Versalles, tout est accessible à pied. La poignée de la porte du sèche-linge était tombée, il est donc difficile d’ouvrir la porte. J’espère que ce problème sera résolu pour les futurs locataires.
